Every time I fly from Narita I stay at any hotel in Narita on the day before my flight.
After the long way on Keikyu/Keisei line I went to Narita View Hotel by bus from the terminal 1.
Old but well maintained guestroom, simple and clean.

Their dinner buffet coupon was included with my reservation.
Even they provided Vietnamese pho!

Then dessert....
